Here is a short review of the Wazo Platform 25.04 release.

  • Recordings: Recording announcement sounds can now be configured

  • Ring Groups: Ring group options such as dtmf_record_toggle or options inserted through dialplan customization should now be properly applied to connected group members

Here is a short review of the Wazo Platform 25.03 release.

New Features in This Release​

  • Recording: A new API allows the user to pause and resume a recording. When this happens the recording file will contain a beep to mark the pause

Ongoing Features​

  • Recording: In future release, it will be possible to configure the announcement sound when a recording is launched and stopped.

Here is a short review of the Wazo Platform 25.02 release.

New Features in This Release​

  • Queues: Queues now have an option to enable on demand call recording
  • Ring groups: Ring groups now have an option to enable on demand call recording

Bug Fixes​

  • Call Logs: SIP chat message will no longer generate errors during call logs processing

Technical​

  • Recording: Recordings start and stop API now check if on demand recording is enabled
  • Emails: wazo-auth now has an email notification extension point to allow custom emailing technologies to be used
  • Asterisk: Asterisk was upgraded to version 22.1.1

Ongoing Features​

  • Recording: We are adding a pause and resume recording API
  • Debian Bookworm: Preparation work for the upgrade to Debian Bookworm is in progress

New Features in This Release​

  • Voicemail: The APIs to manage voicemails are now tenant-aware
  • Call Logs: Added a new property requested_user_uuid to CDRs which provides the UUID of the user originally being called.

Bug Fixes​

  • SAML: Fix logout after server or service restart.

Ongoing Features​

  • wazo-provd: The storage of wazo-provd is being rewritten to use Postgresql instead of json files on the filesystem
